Artificial intelligence with a “soul”: there is such a thing.
Nowadays, behind every artificial intelligence, there is a person who created it. Human capital in organizations is therefore the most important thing to take care of.
It is simple, “no human capital, no product”. It may sound like something that is taken for granted, but when you get to the bottom of it, you realize that understanding humans’ needs, thoughts and behavior and fulfilling them, will eventually lead to better products for the organization.

Finityx found that managers and workers’ emotional intelligence is the key for our success.
Emotional intelligence is a range of emotional, personal and social abilities that affect an individual’s overall ability to cope successfully with environmental demands and pressures. The definition includes the skills an individual needs to cope with day-to-day life. That is why, we choose our emp loyees carefully, and pay attention to technical capabilities as well as social capabilities and EI. We have created an organization that feels like a family.

We believe in people
While working and leading projects for several years in nonprofit organizations, I realized how complex and fascinating people are. I understand that people have the power to change the world, by all means to change their own reality. They only need to acknoweldge their power that is created from self awareness of both their strengths and weaknesses. When we are aware, we know how to promote ourselves. Hence, we emphasize the self development and empowerment of each worker.
During this process of self development, workers learn about themselves, they gain an understanding of which behaviors and thoughts promote them and what their inner obstacles are. This allows them to grow and manifest themselves both in the workplace and generally in life.

We believe in balance
As I see it, the only way to understand human behavior is to observe people from a holistic point of view. An employee is not only an employee, he is also an individual, a family member, with friends, hobbies, beliefs, opinions, interests… A good worker is a worker that feels good, in the organization and outside. My job is to take care of that, and pay attention to every employee’s welfare. A comfortable workplace, material benefits and bonuses are necessary, but they are not sufficient. We choose to place our attention on balance, through “freedom and responsibility”- our employees get total flexibility in managing their time and tasks and this encourages them to do the work in the highest possible standard. Moreover, employees can work from home, attend a number of recreational events, team activities, workshops, enriching lectures and more.

We believe in round table management
Most organizations and firms are accustomed to hierarchical management. It is certainly easier as there are less dilemmas and opinions to consider. However, at Finityx, the outstanding human capital offers different perspectives that can illuminate and draw attention to details and ideas that a hierarchical management can miss. Hence, we chose to introduce a roundtable management method, in which different employees, in different positions, and from different departments, think together about solutions and strategies for the company. This generates a sense of belonging, gives employees meaning, creates cooperation and strengthens the common purpose of the company employees.
